The Story of Her Circle

Three women smiling together in a warm setting

Her Circle began in southeast Saskatchewan as a simple idea: bring local women together around one table where they could connect, share what they were building and help one another move forward.

Hosted at the Old Stone Inn, the first monthly lunches ran from September 2025 through June 2026. Each gathering combined introductions, a shared meal and practical business conversations. Early sessions included business tips from Laurie Wall and Trina Battersby, elevator-pitch practice led by Laurie, and showcases by local women business owners. Laurie's previous experience with the Regina Women's Network helped shape a format that was welcoming, practical and focused on real connection.

Her Circle also expanded beyond lunch with twice-yearly evening learning events featuring guest speakers and panels. The response confirmed that women across the region wanted more opportunities to build relationships, exchange referrals, share knowledge and support one another's success.

Her Circle is relaunching in September 2026 as a regional network for women in business across southeast Saskatchewan. The monthly lunch remains at its heart, refreshed with a different interactive networking activity each month, a Connection Table for business materials and thirty-second announcements so every woman has a chance to share an event, promotion, need or opportunity.
